You’ll join a group of a similar age and ability level, with an excellent coach/player ratio ensuring that you get plenty of
individual attention. Everyone plays full-length games  & you learn about good technique, sportsmanship & general fitness.

Perfect For All Levels

Beginners concentrate on developing ball sense skills & basic fundamental tennis strokes through drills, speciality shots and match scoring.
More advanced players also get to cover spin techniques, positional play, footwork and tactical awareness.

Please note, we need a minimum number of participants each week to run this programme.

- Forehand and Backhand technique work, movement, patterns, topspin, depth angles on shot, game based live play drills.

- Serve & return - Serve Techinique, grip stance, body movements, slice second serve & variation in placing the serve. Return - stance, movement, contact point & placement return. Tactics in single play & doubles tactics.

- Smash and Volleys Technique, stance, body and feet movement, contact, point recovery. Smash Technique. Live drill, net play and all court drill.

- Review Day: forehand and backhand review & point play; smash & volley review and point play; serve & return    & point play; doubles play & positioning & tactics; singles play, scoring & positioning.

Your child is only booked on the course when we receive the payment (2 weeks before start holidays).
